   White Sugar - 3/4 - 1 cup
   Oil - 1/4 cup any flavorless oil
   Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
   Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
   Chopped nuts - 1/3 cup (optional)

hold all the components ready. ensure to apply fine rava. As I couldn't get nice rava in my vicinity, I ground the upma rava to a exceptional texture (not powder) and used it to make this cake.
